How do I order?
Browse through the site and submit an ORDER FORM. We will be sending a confirmation email regarding full payment procedures after submission of order form. You might also be contacted via Facebook, Viber or text message.

NOTE: The shop mostly offers made-to-order items. It's best to contact us before ordering. :-)
What are the available colors?
To inquire about the available colors, CONTACT us via Facebook message or Viber.
How do I pay?
Orders can be paid via LBC Express Money Remittance or during meet-ups. Details will be sent to you after order form submission.
How much is the shipping fee?

Are your products washable?
Yes. Care instructions are stated in the description of the items.
Can I return my order?
The GTE Shop will only accept returns if an order is faulty, 5 working days after the item has been shipped. The shop practices a no-refund, no-exchange policy. If your item appears to be damaged, notify us immediately and we will try our best to fix or modify your order. To maintain the quality of our products, the shop, however, will not accept items already altered or adjusted by a client.
NOTE: The GTE Shop will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
My order is too scratchy and stiff. How can I make it softer?
Fabric softener helps. If that doesn't work, try washing it with shampoo and conditioner (although it can make the product a bit loose).
